Stage door Bar & Brasserie is the perfect location for your wedding reception, We have an exclusive room available for you to hire, which overlooks the water and opens up to an outside area. Suitable for a sit down meal or even a cocktail style reception. Please see below copies of our exclusive wedding packages. Beef fillet, biased in a Thai chilli paste, seared on the grill, sliced & laid on a bed of Avocado, tomato, egg, bean shoots & mesclun salad greens. Topped with a Nouc Cham dressing & fried shallots.
Fried Balinese Chicken on Vermicelli Noodle salad
Ginger garlic turmeric coriander marinated chicken fillet served on Chinese cabbage bean shoot and noodles with rice vinegar dressing
English Spinach and Fetta Strudel
Baby English spinach and Persian Fetta rolled in Filo pastry and pine nuts with tomato pachadi

Proscuttio Chicken
A plump chicken breast filled with Persian fetta roasted capsicum & basil served on steamed beans and garlic mash.
Stage Tower
Veal schnitzel layered with shaved leg ham, Swiss cheese, topped with a cream cheese sauce served on garlic mashed potato asparagus and sun dried tomatoes.
Lamb Roulade
Slow cooked, Served with a butter mash, wilted spinach and a Mediterranean caponata.
Beef Strip loin and Two Sauces
Grilled sirloin steak topped with béarnaise and exotic mushroom demi
On a cheese and smoked bacon polenta and seasonal baby vegetables.
Chamoula Augusta Fresh fish fillet
Roasted Fennel Bulbs and preserved lemon buerre Blanc on roasted pumpkin, Cashew and Cous Cous Salad.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit
In order to secure your booking we will require a deposit of 10%, payable no more than 7 days after confirmation of booking. Please note full payment is required at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding.
Final Numbers
Confirmation of final numbers needs to be given 7 days prior to your booking date. Please note if numbers fall below the minimum of 40 you will still be charged for 40.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel please let us know at least 14 days prior to your booking to secure a refund. Please note deposit is non refundable.
