Set Function Menus for Group Bookings

Below are our menus Which are available for groups of 40 people or more. We would be more than happy to tailor a menu to suit the requirements of groups less than 40 people from our al a carte  menu for a set price. Our tailored drink packages & wine list is available on request. At least 7 days notice is required for any Set Menu Reservation. Final numbers attending should be issued no less than 48 hours prior to the reservation.

Booking of the Vergola Area (Function Room) For exclusive use for groups of less than 40 people, Sunday PM to Thursday PM $300.00 and $500.00 on Friday or Saturday.

Functions held in the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre are subject to additional charges/conditions. Should you require any additional information regarding your booking please do not hesitate to contact us on (08) 9586 3733.

King Smoked Salmon cured in lemongrass and ginger tea served with celeriac and crab claw Remoulade with white truffle oil

Steamed Prawn Cutlets
Served with a Spiced Mango roast capsicum cucumber salsa on avocado base frissie lettuce & pomegranate molasses

Thai Spiced Beef Salad
Beef fillet, biased in a Thai chili paste, seared on the grill, sliced & laid on a bed of Avocado, tomato, egg, bean shoots & mesclun salad greens. Topped with a Nouc Cham dressing & fried shallots.

Fried Balinese Chicken on Vermicelli Noodle salad
Ginger garlic turmeric coriander marinated chicken fillet served on Chinese cabbage bean shoot and noodles with rice vinegar dressing

English Spinach and Fetta Strudel
Baby English spinach and Persian Fetta rolled in Filo pastry and pine nuts with tomato pachadi

Chicken and prawn Tom yum
Asian stock served with chicken, prawn’s bok choy broccolini and bean shoots with glass noodles.

Red Lentil & sweet potato Soup
Finished with chilli coriander and coconut cream.

Tender Lamb loins coated in a combination of nuts, coriander, cumin & sesame seeds, served over a roasted pumpkin risotto finished with a fig & olive tepanade.

Seared King Salmon
Grilled and served on black eyed bean mash with lemon oregano and white truffle oil sauce.

Stage Tower
Veal schnitzel layered with shaved leg ham, Swiss cheese, topped with a cream cheese sauce served on garlic mashed potato asparagus and sun dried tomatoes.

Scotch Fillet Greco
Flame grilled and served on roasted eggplant, tomato and zucchini with red capsicum and oregano demi glaze

Beef Strip loin and Two Sauces
Grilled sirloin steak topped with béarnaise and exotic mushroom demi On a cheese and smoked bacon polenta and seasonal baby vegetables.

Medallions of grain feed chicken seared in the pan splashed with bourbon thyme & cream served on broccolini and soft polenta
